We aim to strengthen the relationships we have developed with Strata managers since 1987 to achieve our common business goals and ensure the continued success of our respective endeavours and quality of work performed for our residential and commercial customers.
We have worked with Body Corporate and Strata Companies since 1986.
Our Experienced Admin Team and Tradesman fully understand the steps which must be taken in order to have work completed at the highest level of satisfaction.
Comprehensive Qualifications, Working at Heights Certificate and First Aid
Our company, and each of our staff members, has the necessary qualifications to ensure you confidence in the quality of our work including:
- We are members of Strata Community Australia
- All workmanship is guaranteed for 24 months and materials are accompanied with a 10-20 year suppliers guarantee
- All personnel are WH&S approved
- All safety standards are carried out as per NSW Code of Practice
- All required Insurance policy's are in place ( Workers Comp , Public Liability , Home Warranty Insurance ) Affordable Roofing and Guttering are Trade Monitors accredited contractors.
- All of our Tradesmen Supervisors hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Our staff are all Working at Heights Certified
