(formerly Gilmour Management) commenced
business in early 1991. Affordable Roofing and Guttering have proudly worked with The Directors Ian Rowe and Richard Tooker since 1987. Beginning in the industry with Aliance, they have chosen Affordable Roofing to assist with their roofing and guttering needs since 1987. 

Starr Partners Strata Management.  
We began working with Starr Partners prior to 1999. Starr Partners have been in strata management since 1985 and we are proud of our long association with them.

Clisdells Strata Management. 
The company's principal, Peter R. Clisdell, began specializing in
 strata management in 1972. We have been working along side
 Clisdells long before 1999.

 
Rain and Horne Strata Management  
We are pleased to have been associated with Raine and Horne
since 2000. Now known as BCMS they been servicing Strata
for over 28 years.

All Suburbs Strata Management 
Has been providing professional management to all areas of New South Wales for over 27 years. We have proudly worked with their Managers since 2003.

Pristine Living Management (formerly Grants)
Affordable Roofing and Guttering have worked with Pristine Living Managements prior to 1999. We are proud of our long standing relationship with them.
